Refund & Exchange Policy

We want every piece from Pa's Boutique to make you feel confident, powerful, and beautiful. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order (based on tracking status “Delivered”).

We accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

1. Product Quality Issues

We offer full refunds or exchanges — including return shipping — for items with:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g. broken straps, torn fabric, damaged zippers, obvious stitching flaws)
  • Wrong item sent
  • Severe color discrepancy not caused by lighting or display settings

📷 Please provide clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

2. Size Doesn’t Fit

You may request a size exchange or return if the item doesn’t fit properly.

  • Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

🔁 One free size exchange per order is allowed. Additional exchanges may incur extra fees.


🚫 ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Items missing original tags or protective hygiene liners (if applicable)
  • Intimates and underwear, unless defective
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

📦 EXCHANGE CONDITIONS & AVAILABILITY

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If your requested size is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be offered.

💌 HOW TO START A RETURN

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the issue (if applicable)
  • Whether you’d prefer an exchange, refund, or store credit

We’ll respond within 48 hours.


⏱️ PROCESSING TIME

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after your return arrives for us to process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise requested.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • For international orders, return shipping fees and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to product defects.
